Darkness Practice

Practicing in total darkness offers us an opportunity to reduce the stimuli coming in through our sense perceptions. Thus, darkness helps us to effortlessly drop into the subtle space of our bodies. In these guided meditations, Reggie leads us into the deep recesses of the somatic cosmos and shows us how to rest in the nondual space of transcendent awareness. Bodywork meditations include: Prana Breathing, 12-Fold Breathing, Earth Breathing, Skull Breathing, Exploring Boundaries, and Primordial Fire.
